RHINOPLASTY

J-KO rhinoplasty at JK Nhat Han Aesthetic Hospital is performed with two exclusive techniques.

  1. The Pyramid technique reinforces the nasal pillar and builds a pyramid-like septal support structure, allowing the nose bridge to be elevated while remaining safe, stable, and long-lasting.
  2. The modern J-Line shaping technique creates a J-shaped nose that suits Vietnamese facial structure, highlighting each person's beauty according to their bone structure. Each nose shape is custom-designed and never duplicated.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT RHINOPLASTY

In general, rhinoplasty can be performed safely from age 18 and above. At this stage, the nasal bone and cartilage structure has stabilized, helping the nose shape last longer and recover well.
After rhinoplasty, you may gently wash your face with clean water, but avoid getting water on the nose area. Wash very gently without rubbing or applying pressure so the incision and nose shape are not affected.
Rib cartilage rhinoplasty will not shrink if performed with the correct technique. When the doctor harvests the cartilage from the proper layer, processes it correctly, and fixes it securely, the cartilage integrates well with the body and maintains a stable, natural nose shape over the long term.
Rhinoplasty is not recommended while sinusitis is active. At that time, the nasal mucosa is inflamed and more prone to infection. Surgery should only be performed after the condition is stable and a specialist confirms you are healthy enough.
During rhinoplasty, you will not feel pain because local anesthesia or sedation/general anesthesia is used throughout the procedure. After surgery, the nose area may feel slightly swollen and tight for the first few days, but this is tolerable and will gradually improve with proper care as instructed by your doctor.
